Scott Wagner

Scott Wagner graduated with Honors and Distinction from Yale University, earning his B.A. in History while participating as a four year member of the University's Varsity Football Team. Mr. Wagner is an alumnus from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was Captain of the School's State, Regional and National Mock Trial Teams.

Currently Mr. Wagner is a member of The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, primarily focusing on litigation, appellate work and arbitration.

At Moore & Company, Mr. Wagner has litigated, tried and/or arbitrated cases involving:

Mr. Wagner serves on the Appellate Court Committee, the Federal Court Committee and the Civil Litigation Committee for the Dade County Bar Association and is also a member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute (SEALI), where he has served as the Port Director of Miami and currently sits on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Wagner has also been published in the Benedict’s Maritime Bulletin regarding the application of Choice of Law principles.
