• The Complaint against Celebrity Cruises was filed on September 19, 2006.
• On November 3, Celebrity Cruises served its Motion to Dismiss based on the limitations and disclaimers in its cruise ticket contract. A hearing on the motion has been scheduled for February 28.
• On November 16, Celebrity filed a motion to stay (suspend) discovery pending a ruling on its Motion to Dismiss. A hearing on the Motion to Stay will be held on December 5, 2006.
• Celebrity’s Motion to Stay Discovery pending a ruling on its Motion to Dismiss was denied at the hearing on December 5. Celebrity’s response to the passengers’ request for documents and other information is due on December 21.
• Celebrity’s Motion to Dismiss was denied at the February 28 hearing and Celebrity was ordered to file its Answer to the Complaint by March 20. As soon as Celebrity’s Answer is received, it will be posted.
